Synopsis
Bercerita tentang Ichinomiya Kou yang sekarang telah menetap tinggal di Jembatan Arakawa dan tinggal bersama dengan gadis berambut pirang tersebut sembari membalas budi kepadanya,
Cerita kocak kehidupan mereka di bawah jembatan kini berlanjut, bersamaan dengan pacarnya Nino, dan teman teman lainnya yang aneh, kehidupan barunya kini belum berhenti sampai disini, masih banyak hal-hal unik yang menunggu di Jembatan Arakawa.
Setelah kejadian mereka yang lalu, sekarang kou telah menyadari sedikit demi sedikit ketertarikannya dengan Nino.
